Right to Know

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to request that Tower Surfaces / Tower Countertops disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you (a “Right to Know”). You may make this request up to two times in a 12-month period at no charge. 

We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we require an extension, we will notify you within the initial 45-day period. To process your request, please complete this form in its entirety.

Verification & Acknowledgment 

By submitting this request, you confirm that: 

• You understand we may require verification of your identity via email or other means. 

• The information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. 

Upon receiving your request, we will contact you within 10 days with instructions for verification and provide information about how we will process your request. If additional information is needed, we will notify you and indicate when you can expect a response.
